Meal that includes every factor of the food pyramid?!

Question: what meal should i make that has all of the food pyramid factors? it can be a separate meal, so it doesnt have to be all included in like a taco or something like that. so it could be like
veggies- salad
fruit- bananas
fats/oils-brownies
.....so something kind of like that is totally fine

I really like beef vegetable stew with spiced up cornbread, spinach leaves topped with cottage cheese and dressed with mixed fruit. Have peanut butter cookies with that.

chop potato, celery, bell peppers, onion, tomatos, carrots, and include green beans.
Stirfry beef cubes, add water to wok and toss in veggies and season to taste. simmer about an hour.
spiced up cornbread: add chopped green chile and pimento to the cornbread mix, might include grated cheese and onion flakes.

In order to get what is recommended for you to eat every day from the food pyramid you need to start at breakfast and not try to get it all in one meal.

Macaroni and cheese with stewed tomatoes and a nice piece of juicy fruit for dessert includes all factors of the food pyramid:

Starch
Protein
Dairy
Fat
Vegetable
Fruit

Here's the recipe for the macaroni and cheese with stewed tomatoes:

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (7 ounces)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded or cubed sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
1 can stewed tomatoes, mashed into pieces with a fork

1. Heat oven to 350oF.
2. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
3. While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constanly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Add mashed stewed tomatoes into cheese sauce and stir.
4. Drain macaroni. Gently stir macaroni into cheese-tomato sauce. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Dessert suggestions: Pears, strawberries, raspberries or peaches make nice choices for dessert.
