Yea, carrots help your eyes because they have beta carroteens or whatever those things are. And it makes your eyeballs happy.
However, I'm sure that it's very marginal in its benefit, and no one will hardly even notice. It's like any vitamin or nutrient..they do most of their good when you are half dead or half blind with malnutrition or scurvy. Once you are already relatively healthy, a few carrots aren't going to give you any noticable benefit, but it certainly can't hurt.

Beta carotene - which carrots have a lot of - does help with your eye sight. It doesn't make your eye sight better per se, but helps with things like how fast your eyes can adjust going from light to dark (or vice versa) Also helps keep your eyes healthy.

During WW2, British pilots ate so many carrots, that they actually turned slightly orange.

they do
but only if you eat it every day.
i probably excessive amounts.
other wise, it may help
but VERY VERY LITTLE.

i remember my mom used to make me eat them using that excuse.
ugh

They do help your eyes
