Pork Chops???!


Question: What's your PERFECT/FAVORITE dinner using pork chops, fried or baked or???.
sides and all????
Mine is fried then added to soak in a gravy, over rice or if using the thick ones...sweet and sour pork.

Pork & Pineapple Chops.
4 Pork chops
Flour, salt and pepper
4 Slices pineapple and juice
Place chops lightly floured salt and pepper on 4 slices of pineapple.
Pour pineapple juice diluted with a little water over chops.
Bake in a 180C (350F) oven until chops are tender. (25-35 minutes)
Chops can be turned over to brown.

Pork Chop dressing, made just like chicken and dressing but the chops are soooooo tender and the flavor is out of this world.

Remember the cartoon Doug? He had a dog named Pork Chop.

That's my favorite type of Pork Chop...a cartoon dog :)

Mmmmm pork chops one of my fav. foods.

I especially do like them fried! I add garlic salt and pepper to bring out the taste. With cheesy scalloped potatoes on the side and bush bake beans, also with a dinner roll. Girl you makin me hungry!!!!

I love bake pork chops with mushroom sauce on a bed of rice. It is sooooo Gooood!

TRY THIS ONE!!.....
After using BBQ Chicken Shake and Bake to coat your pork chops, place them on a bake pan and top them with sliced pineapple and bell pepper slices. Slice an orange and squeeze some of the juice on top. dress the pork chops with the orange slices and fresh basil Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I liked it when I sliced the chop on the side and filled it with stove top stuffing and rolled in pork chop shake and bake then baked it. Voila stuffed pork chops.
