Anyone have any good crackpot recipes? Weird stuff you thought of but tasted great?!

Question: Grilled Cheese with Jelly! Any kind of bread, put cheese on one side and jelly on the other side and then grill it! It is amazing! My favorites are Pepper Jelly and Mozzarella, and also Apricot Jelly and Munster, and then Cheadar and Grape Jelly!

Start by making the base for your favorite spaghetti sauce. After it's cooked for a while in the crock pot, add a 32 oz can V8 juice (yes, odd sounding, I know) and break up your pasta and add it to the crock pot. The extra liquid will be absorbed by the spaghetti and the pasta will have lots more flavor. My family LOVES it!

AAHH, THOUGHT YOU SAID CROCKPOT RECIPES!!

Chunky-style peanut butter on hot dogs. Sounds gross, but I like it.

Oreo's dipped in Salsa. Honestly. We never thought we'd like this, but it's actually really good.

here are a few less-shocking combinations:
jalapeno jelly and cream cheese on crackers

Dates stuffed with brie cheese

peanut butter on Chinese szechuan beef

Try this one.

One Large Fry Pan or wock *(SP)
Oil to cover bottom of pan

one onion chopped
one can of spicy rotel
one can of corn
one can of pinto beans
4 medium potatoes cubed
two links of chappel hill sausage cut up
2 cups of cheddar cheese
two packages of 10" tortillas

combine all sauage and potatoes in pan and fry until potatoes are soft. once this happens remove the pan from heat leave potatoes and meat in the pan. drain corn, beans, rotel, then add rotel, corn, beans, tomatoes, onions, and tomato paste in to pan with meat and potatoes. cook until soft then add the cheddar cheese and stirr in. Serve on tortillas and if wanted you can add eggs as well.
