What can I make with melted cheddar?!

Question: I was going to make cheese and broccoli crepes for a friends' children, but I didn't read the recipe before I started cooking. I made the batter, but I'm supposed to refrigerate it for an hour, but I already got the double boiler on and the cheese is already melted. So, what I can make that's quick with melted cheddar? I can remelt more after my crepe batter is ready.

Let it cool, then reheat it when the rest is ready.

Mac & cheese. Or brown some hamburger meat and mix it in with the cheese and serve on buns.

Put some salsa in it and it should make a great tasting cheese dip for nachos.

cheese enchiladas
broccoli, rice, and cheese casserole

Pour over pasta for mac n cheese. Put some pre bagged chips in the oven on 450 for about 5 minutes, pour the cheese over and put some bacon and chives on. You also can chill the sauce. Reheat on high with some flour it will come back together.

You can mix it into mashed potato's and serve it with sausage on the side. This is a typical dish in England. Bangers and mash they call it.

Keep it warm.
