feed the cat.

you can make Salmon spread like tuna salad only with Salmon, put on bread or crackers.

i would do salmon cakes,,,,

1 egg
1 onion
1 99 cent bag of plain potato chips crumble up\

Gross. I would use it as a paper weight.

Use it as a hockey puck.

mix it with bread crumbs and a couple of eggs fry it up and grease the pan

Make a salmon pasta salad. Boil some noodles, cut up some onions, celery, and other veggies, add some spices, such as dill, and mix with some mayo. Garnish with olives. It's great alone or on lettuce.

This makes for a great salad. I remove the black skin and any cartiledge. Break up with a fork. Add 1 tsp. lemon juice (more or less to taste), about 1-2 tbsp. mayo, and if desired some grated onion. Mix well, refrigerate and eat on crackers or on bread as a sandwich with lettuce and tomatoe.

Salmon patties are awesome. Mix the can (drained) with one chopped onion, two eggs, and a sleeve of Ritz or Townhouse crackers. It will look like meatball batter. Form it into hamburger sized patties and fry them on the stove in oil. They are AWESOME. It will make enough for two people if it is the soup sized can, or one person if it is the tuna sized can. (For the tuna sized can, cut all of those ingredient portions in half.)

Heat some oil in a frying pan, put in some garlic. Break up the Salmon into LARGE chunks. Put it in hot oil. Sprinkle on lots of seafood seasoning. What you end up with is a blackend salmon. Very tasty. Serve with pasta or rice.

drain the liquid from salmon..chop up about 1/4 of a small onion, beat an egg throw onion and eggs in salmon stir in some bread crumbs or flour.
form into patties and fry in a small amount olive or veg.oil on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side

Mix it with a large (14 oz) can of tomato sauce (I assume you have the tall 7-1/2 oz can salmon) and about 1 cup of cheese of your choice. Heat, serve over hot cooked pasta, top with parmesan and serve with a veggie side.

You really should try this sometime, it is one of my top three ways to use canned salmon. It is so simple you would never believe it it is so good!

Mix with cream cheese and a splash of sour cream. Add celery.

Makes a great sandwich spread.

Add jalepenos if you like spicy.

My husband loves Macroni and Salmon, I cook about one half cup of Macroni until done, mix a small can of Salmon, some margarine, black pepper, salt, and about one fourth cup of milk all together, and put in a casserole dish, and bake til light brown on top. Its real good to us, hope you like it, if you make it.

Add mayo,
Boiled egg,
Onion,
or you can add olives (black or green)

I like it with crackers.
My hubby likes it as a sandwich.
