Question: Best Fried Rice
Cooked white rice 1 cup
Ginger, finely chopped 1 tsp.
Garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp.
Spring onion, finely chopped ? cup
Cabbage, finely chopped ? cup
Carrot, finely chopped ? cup
Capsicum, finely chopped ? cup
Mushroom, finely chopped ? cup
Ajinomoto As required

Chili powder 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Soy sauce 2 tbsps.
Chili sauce ? tsp.
Boiled noodles 1 ? cups
Spring onion tops finely chopped ? cup
Oil 5 tbsps.
Salt As required
Cook the rice and let it cool. Set aside for atleast two hours.
Lightly fry the garlic, ginger and green chilies in a wok. Add the vegetables, chili powder, ajinomoto, salt and sugar and continue to stir fry. Add the noodles, rice, spring onion tops, soy sauce and chili sauce and let it cook for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot.

The way how I make mines is boiling peas and carrots, and chopping up escallions.

First I boil the rice (white rice).

While I do that, I boil the peas and carrots, and stew up the escallions in soy sauce, just to make them flavorful and a bit soft. I usually use olive or sesame oil in the escallion.

Once the rice finish boil, put it in a strainer to get out the extra water. In the meantime, I put the peas and carrots in with sesame oil, and stir it up together. Then I put in the escallion and soy sauce.

Finally, I mix the rice in the pot with everything.

Portion wise, it all varies on how much you use.
