I usually buy cheap beef..i.e. it is cheaper..lol
I like to use garlic and red wine to tenderize, but if you are looking for a milder flavor a little apple juice, basil, and sea salt is great.
I don't know what you are using it for..so I wish I could help ya more..because you rock!

I'm no expert, but bake for a longer time on low temp would be my guess. You could also try a marinade. Pineapple juice based ones work well as the pineapple juice helps to break down the meat a little thus making very tender. Hope this helps.

very quick cooking in any case or you can make shoes with them.

Go here for several recipes:

being sliced thin it will probably be tender how ever you cook it,,
maybe sliced into strips and cooked with onions and peppers .for a philly steak sandwich, pepper steak w/ rice....or eaten on a flour tort .

I buy thin sliced often and typically cook it like this:

Coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil and turn heat on to medium high. Cut up onions and saute for a minute before adding your steaks. Brown on both sides, coating each side with a little salt and pepper for taste. Pour about a half cup of dry red wine and let it all cook on medium, covered, for about 10 minutes. Preheat your oven to 275 and let it cook in there for another 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

I buy thin sliced steak for steak sandwiches. I quick fry the steaks in a tiny bit of olive oil or non-stick spray olive oil. It only takes a little over a minute per side and they are done. Use some "good" bread or toasted sub buns and add your choice of dressings, lettuce, cheese etc.
mmmm Good.

Slice it into thin strips and stir fry it for minutes only other wise it will go leathery and require long slow cooking, as in Beef Olives.

It is called schnitzel in other parts of the world.

you know what? i really like pie......especially chocolate pie....mmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........yummy!!!
