Hello

By Watching live Receipe class in TV.

1.Mirch Masala in Star TV. ( Indian style Mr.Kapoor )
2.Travel and Living Channel
3.All South Indian channel is telecasting Receipe making directly ( Live)

Be seeing this you can make the Dishes in your Houses.

I am seeing the TV and try to make the Dishes ( Vegitarian only) and I was successful in 90%.

I read cook books like novels. I'm a pretty competent cook, and prefer to cook on my own, rather than watching a video.

I would like to read it first, then watch, then try myself.
Watching and cooking at the same time doesn't work, as they will race ahead of you.

I like both, a recipe is a recipe!! but I certainly don't cook simulatenously with a cook on TV, that's impossible (because it's edited on TV and the ending products are already pre-made) and hard to coordinate unless it is a recorded show.

I also don't really follow recipes, I get inspired and create my own dish :o) I grew up with a Chef so I'm pretty experienced with cooking

Both..as a matter of fact my girl friend was mad at me cause I wouldn't look at a cook book she dug out of the cabinet.I finally looked at it and was glad to do so .I felt just as enthused,it was as if i were watching a cooking show..go figure, bottom line.. I just like to cook.

good day,
READ them, the writers include little stories and tips..

I'm with Gracie M. I prefer to read a recipe. I have so many cook books, it takes up a wall in my kitchen. And I can read a recipe and imagine how it would taste.
