Egg's over easy? fried? scrambled or poached? with toast?!

Question: I had to answer this one my kids are curently hooked on French toast - it is like eggs and toast all rolled into one big soft cinnamon dusted package. We have also gone for a more savoury version of this jazzed up with crunchy proscuitto, mushrooms and a grilled tomato... mmmmm.

scrambled with cheese and toast!

over medium,,,with the whites done,,,UGH,,nothing worse than a under cooked egg white!

Scrambled on toast and with lots of Ketchup.

I like them every way.....EGGS are so yummy!

I like 'em with runny yolks and a piece of toast to sop them up with. YUM!

Over easy on top of wheat toast.........or scrambled with ketchup..... and toast on the side!! Omelets are amazing too.... of course with toast as well! Yummm i love eggs!

Eggs Benedict
(Lightly poached egg on top of Canadian bacon, on top of toast or English muffin with Hollandaise sauce over all. )

Heaven on a plate!

I like my eggs fried with ketchup on top. You can also make a fried egg and toast put a hole in the middle of your toast so your egg can show through. It is a brunch that can be made at easter time or anytime you want to make it.

2 eggs with yokes broken gently cooked over low heat and sprinkled with salt and pepper--flipped and cooked until set all the way through---placed carefully on lightly buttered whole wheat bread and enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee.

scrambled with some salt and pepper.

Scrammbled with cream cheese and chives

I love fried eggs over black beans and rice.
Not a big fan of poached, unless in egg-drop soup.
Scrambled is how I usually go - on toast, with Chipotle flavored Tabasco sauce
