Out of those, cookie dough! But overall, my favorite is definitely peanut butter and then I add whatever I feel like... my favorite add-ins are crunch bar, heath bar, or reese's!
I would choose cookie dough i like to take all of the cookie dough bits out of the box and eat them instead =P
