Any suggestions with Tandoori chicken?!
I juz made Tandoori chicken using a whole small chicken for dinner. I marinated the chicken overnight and made some gashes as the recipe said. But When I cut it out, altho outside was perfect, inside was tasteless. Does it mean I need to marinate the chicken longer? Is there any other way that I can make the chicken more tastier?
Also wat is the best paste for making tandoori chicken?

Did you skin the chicken before you marinated it ? You must..

They usually let you choose how spicy to make your dish (ie scale 1-10). Try the Saag Paneer (cheese in a spinach puree, looks like baby crap but delicious), Butter Chicken, or Tikka Massala!

try to put deep cuts in chicken then marinate it it will taste best because that mixture will obsorb in it.
take yogurt, lemon tandoori paste pepprika powder, black pepper, salt,oil, ginger garlic crushed, origano and gram masala mix them togahther.
