How to thicken filling for peaches and cream cheese turnovers?!

Place in pan on the stove,add flour(or cornstarch) to a little of the juice.Heat until thick.I also would add a little brown sugar,cinnamon and nutmeg with a little butter...
Use the liquid from the peaches and thicken with cornflour.
rather than use a thickening agent, in addition to draining the peaches, I would squeeze out the liquid by placing the peaches in a piece of cheesecloth, then mix the pulp with the cream cheese
