He cooked pasta & mixed it with tomato frito. At the same time he cut up chicken into medium-sized pieces & cooked that. He then added the pasta & tomato frito to the chicken & put cheese on top, then put it in the oven until the cheese melted.

Here's a really simple one, and one of my favorites:

4-5 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
2 bottles of your favorite bbq sauce

Layer the chicken and the bbq sauce in a crockpot. Cook on low setting for 8-9 hours.

Pull the chicken apart, use a bowl and a fork to do this.
Spoon on some of the bbq sauce from the crockpot. Serve on your favorite toasted roll. Add cheese, or other desired toppings, if you want.

This is a simple, yet really tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

2-4 Breasts of boneless, skinless chicken
1-3 tsps. Tarragon
s&p
2-4 thin slices of Procuitto (or Americans call it Pancetta)
3-4 Tbsps. Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Place breasts in between sheets of saran or in ziplock. Hammer breasts until 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. Pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle on a pinch of Tarragon and salt and pepper.
Press Procuitto onto chicken firmly.
Heat oil on high until very hot. Add chicken, proscuitto side down. Cook until Proscuitto is crisp. Flip chicken, and turn heat down to med., cook until tender.
