ur a ******* idiot
11 minutes when it begins to boil my friend 11 minutes
the water evaporated and the noodles started to stick to the pot ......it happens
Next time add a tablespoon of oil to the pot and cook on high for 8 to 10 minutes
haha thats hilarious but dont u boil water first then put the spaghetti in a pot full of water? if u didnt do it that way then that is why. im italian i know, thats a bout the only thing i can cook haha
I have done that before, one of two things have happened to me.
1. I drained the water and kept the noodles in the same pot and put them back on the stove top to sit while I got the sauce ready and the stove top was still hot so it burnt the spaghetti
2. like someone else said, too little water and so the noodles stuck to the bottom of the pot and burned
Maybe you didnt have enough water?
did you stir the noodles while they were cooking?
Happens all the time, sometimes the spaghetti just sticks to the bottom of the pot and burns on even if it is still quite raw. I usually put the noodles in, bring it back to a boil, give it a stir and turn off the burner. wait 5 minutes. stir it again. wait 5 more minutes then I drain it. perfect pasta. you may also have a kettle with a thin bottom that doesn't radiate heat well.
don't understand..only some should stick to bottom...not burn it all..... unless water was low. Next time keep noodles moving or stir every minute or so...and add a spoon of oil and some salt.
ok...#1 there is no such thing as too much water when boiling pasta..the only reason i can imagine is you have an electric oven and a not so expensive pan..when cooking on an electric stove all the heat is in one place where as a gas stove doesnt do that..anyway...lots of water...lots of salt...and a good pan and you should be fine!!!!
