Wonton wraps... cream cheese, crab meat, pinch of cayenne if you like.
Put about a tablespoon of the cream cheese/crab/pepper into the middle of the wonton wrap. Close the wrap on a diagonal. Use an egg wash around the closure of the wrap. Fry in a deep fryer until they are crisp. Just did them the other day..very tasty. You can also use the wonton wraps and the cream cheese to make other dishes...even desserts.
