Will you help me create the rest of this recipe idea?!

Question: I have boneless, skinless chicken breasts; spicy tamales; bacon. There can be more, I need help. My general idea is to mash the tamales to stuff into the chicken breasts, wrap with bacon and cook on the barbecue pit. I need help with what other ingredients would round it out to be a better recipe, and what seasoning I would put on the chicken - I'm thinking a light cajun spice, but need ideas here . . . I feel like some fresh jalapeno peppers are in here somewhere as well . .

I would like them just as you are saying with just the tamales and bacon, anything else could spoil those tastes.

wat's da big idea!?

i think it sounds great as it is!

don't know

I think you are off to a good start. I wouldn't use the jalapenos, though, it may be too spicy. I would use the cajun seasoning, it is really good. I would pair the meal with corn on the cob (or off if it is not in season) and perhaps something fruity. Good luck!

you can put some mushrooms inside the chicken and potatoes around it. you can also ad some peeper and salt

To add to your greens, I would add some chopped (sweet) onions and some chopped Bell Peppers.

What time can I show up?

I think a very light dusting of cajun spices and you're good to go. No jalapenos, that would be overkill. Be sure to serve it up with some homemade tomato or fruit salsa so you have something available to cool off the palate.
