How to grill Porter House steaks????!

Answers: Do i season them or not??? I am going to grill them and i dont want to ruin them with marinades and seasonings if they are not needed...can you help?? Thanks

Get your grill good and hot before starting to grill them.
You need not season them if you don't wish to.I add a little salt and pepper.I agree about the marinades and seasonings as I prefer them plain.
I grill mine 8 minutes on one side,turn them and grill again for the same amount of time.This gives a medium well done steak.
Let them warm up to room temperature. About 30 minutes. Then put garlic salt on each side. Have your grill hot . Put them down and only turn once. Medium should be about 5 minutes on each side. They will not need any steak sauce.
personally i only use SPG-salt, pepper, garlic (granulated) on all my grilled steaks. that's all the seasoning a porterhouse will need, they have enough marbling (fat) for favor.
