I have some pork steaks. What's the best way to cook them?!
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon thyme
4 pork chops
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (10.75-ounce) can broccoli and cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1 onion, thinly sliced
In a 9-inch pie pan, mix dry bread crumbs and thyme. In a small bowl beat egg. Dip pork chops into egg; then coat with bread crumbs. In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in butter until browned on both sides. Remove. Transfer chops to baking dish and place in 200*F. oven to keep warm. In the same skillet, stir in broccoli and cheese soup, milk and thinly sliced onion. Bring to a boil; reduce and cook about 5 minutes. Return the pork chops to skillet. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until done.

If you have a George Forman Grill..I highly recommend cooking the steak on it!
just season it up a bit with some salt and pepper..grill away...
towards the end of cooking...add a little tiny bit of barbeque sauce...
My boyfriend loves it when I cook him these!
If no GF Grill..then cook on a regular outdoor gas grill..etc.
I season them, flour and brown them in a little oil and onion. After they are browned, I add a little water, cover and cook on low heat for about an hour. The come out delicious and tender; I serve with rice.
fry them with some lemon pepper and a little garlic salt

Pork steak has a lot of fat throughout. I rarely buy them for that reason, but I think that grilling them is the best way, or your could broil in the oven. I personally don't like to fry them because you can really taste the grease.
Season with salt, pepper, some garlic salt (if you like the taste); if grilling or broiling, top with BBQ sauce.
season them with salt, pepper, garlic, cerole cook them in a frying pan with some butter on low to medium heat. cook till desired..
My mother made pork steak this way, and now I do also.
Rub both sides with garlic salt and sprinkle with pepper, then grill, they are the best this way !!!!
Want an EASY way? My husband and I cook them this way often.
Roll steaks in seasoned flour and brown in a little vegetable oil on both sides; drain well on paper towels.
Pour a layer of your favorite barbeque sauce in another skillet; lay browned chops in sauce. Cover chops with more sauce. Cover and simmer on LOW for 20-25 minutes.
Easy and delish!
