Kitchen tool that chops vegtables?!


Question: it would be the same principle as an appple corer, like round ,with high sides but of course no corer

the main point is the sides whcich prevent food from moving around while you chop

You just place the chopper over the ingredient you want to chop and push down a couple times, and its chopped. I have one and can't go back to the knife- its just too easy!

Good sharp Japanese Knife,

Some of those grater type choppers work well too.

go to Crate and Barrel or a pro kitchen shop, peek about.

It's called a chef's knife , Once you figure out how to competently use one you can do some pretty amazing things with it.
