Answers: Make tzatziki sauce, it is Greek and my absolute favourite thing to put on just about anything, especially pitas. You could also throw in some leftover pieces of chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, whatever you want! It's good all by itself too!

Anything! Stuff it with veggies - spinach, sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, onion and drizzle in ranch dressing.
Tuna or chicken salad.

The simplest is Pita Chips. All you have to do is slice the pita bread into triangular pieces and toast them in the oven. You can enjoy that with hummus or whatever dipping sauce you like. You can drizzle them with olive oil and oregon/basil if you want prior to toasting them in the toaster oven/regular oven.
Another easy one is a pita pizza. It is not only lower in calories, but a great snack. You just top the pita with pasta sauce, pizza sauce or tomato sauce. And then put whatever toppings you like and then cheese. Place that into the toaster oven/regular oven for about ten to fifteen minutes or until the cheese is starting to bubble. And you're set.
Other things is that you can stuff the pita bread with anything you like, such as chicken, lettuce, mustard, cucumbers, pickles. And you have a delicious pita.
