What's the best way to cook a top round roast?!
Answers: Take one envelope of Lipton Beefy Onion or Beefy Mushroom soup with one can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup and a can or so of water and throw it all into a crockpot. Stir until all ingredients are blended and add your roast. Cook at low for 8 hours, the roast will be extremely tender and you will have an awesome premade gravy to boot.
In the oven.
Coat with a little olive oil season with salt and pepper roast at 350-375 degree F for approx 25-30 minutes per pound for rare to medium rare beef. Remove from oven cover with foil paper and let stand for 10-15 minutes before carving. The standing time will allow all the juices to settle back into the meat.
