Name your favorite quick recipe - less than 10 minutes in the door and you are eating, what is it?!

Question: Hot or Cold, nuked or frozen, sandwich, soup, crazy mix, it doesn't matter. Just curious. One of mine, cut a beef or chicken frank into cubes, nuke it with a hunk of velveeta and then crush up bunch of fritos. Stir, and ummm. Hot meal in under 5, hey, it's ugly but it tastes great!

Freshly plucked Road Runner...

LEFTOVERS!!!

omelettes, homemade pizza (assuming you have everything ready waiting in the fridge), stir fry, pasta, steak and salad, sandwiches with cold meats... the list goes on.

We keep lots of frozen dinners on hand. Our favorite brands to buy are:
Stouffer's, Michael Angelo's, Marie Calendar's, Boston Market's. I then add a vegetable, maybe a salad, and a dessert of some kind. The Edward's brand has lots of frozen pies.

We also keep Tyson's pre-roasted chicken on hand. I usually cut it up and freeze it in separate packages. I take out what we need when we want chicken for dinner.

Smithfield, Hormel, Armour have packages of PRE-COOKED beef tips, roast, pot roast, pork roast, chicken, ham, meatload. Just pop them in the microwave (read directions on the packages).
Use this for your meat dish with a side dish or two of vegetables, rice, or potatoes. You will find these packages near the meat section, they are not frozen.

Any leftovers that are handy..My favorite speedy things are chicken ramen or PBJ with strawberry preserves & dill pickle slices...

Soup and Sandwich :)

Sorry! Not only ugly, but SUPER unhealthy.

I usually spend 1 night per week or on the weekend cooking healthy meals and packaging them in single servings. Makes for healthy quick dinners.

Just google healthy recipes. Most of them are very easy and kid friendly.

Good luck
