I just bought chicken that is not cooked fully and its partially raw inside can i report that to health canada!


Question: it doesn't look right to me it is quite raw inside, he is calling it half cooked the guy at the store. is it safe for me to report them or can he get away from this. its pretty bad he never told it was half cooked.

Yes, you can report it; if yours is undercooked, chances are other people are getting the same thing. Whether this is an equipment problem or someone not paying attention, the source of the oversight needs to be found and corrected.

Call the store where you purchased it and let them know. They will never know they are taking them out too soon if someone doesn't report it.

Get another one from them when you take it back. More than likely you will get it free of charge.

Sometimes on those rotisserie cookers the timing gets off a bit and needs to be adjusted.

No reason to start a war over it.
