1. Make herby pork burgers by adding breadcrumbs, oinion,an egg and mixed herbs.

2. Chinese style pork -like the filling you get for lettuce leaves.Use finely diced carrot as you need a bit of crunch. Cook your mince with some 5 spice powder, soy sauce or any Chinese flavourings, add spring onions, garlic, ginger and the veg.

3. If you have any chicken livers, you could make dirty rice. Pork mince makes very nice meatballs - flavour it with fennel seeds

4. Pork meatballs
Finely chop an onion & garlic gently fry in a bit of oil til as done as you like, add any herbs you have & chilli if you fancy spicey. Let cool in a large bowl & add pork mince give it a good seasoning & squidge it all up. Then make loads of meatballs V theraputic. Batch fry them til they have coloured a bit & then add to tomato sauce (can be shop bought) I use home made with hidden veg for kids. Cook for half an hour & serve with pasta, rice or anything

Just make a mince stew with all of the ingredients you feel comfortable with.

Mince Pork Pie

A simple pork pie that is delicately seasoned and baked to golden perfection. Serve with nice bread and a salad.

Press one of the pie crusts into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate. Fill with the pork mixture. Place the second crust over the top, and pinch the seams to seal. Poke a couple of holes in the top crust to vent steam.
