Kahlua cookie cake. Take store bought or homemade chocolate chip cookies dip them in a glass of milk mixed with a shot of kahlua and line the bottom of a cake pan. Put a layer of cool whip on and then another layer of cookies and another of cool whip. To make it pretty shave a chocolate bar on top or use sprinkles. Refrigerate for about 3hours to set and keep it in the fridge. Super easy and VERY yummy! The key is to make sure you thoroughly soak the cookies. If you don't want to use kahlua cold flavored coffee or chocolate milk is good too!
