Do you have an allergy to the wheat itself or the gluten? Or is that basically the same thing?

Anyway, here's a great site with a ton of Wheat-Free recipes.

And, Gluten-free recipes:

Any recipes you have that need wheat flour can be substituted with soy flour, flax flour, and host of others that you can find in your grocer's bake aisle.

Hi,
You poor child... can you get injections to allow you to eat wheat?
You can try low-carb recipes, they sometimes substitute soy or oat flours to make bready things. See:
Blaine's Low Carb Kitchen - FitTV, website
Low Carb Cookworx - PBS, website
Low Carb and Lovin it - used to be on FoodNetwork, see if the FN site still has anything, or just look for his website: George Stella, I think.
Those are 3 TV shows on various channels who make delicious foods while cutting out the carbs - carbs may be found in abundance in some wheat products, to be simplistic about it. Other foods contain carbs as well.
You may not choose to become a baker, but they make plenty of foods with alternatives to wheat products in some of your favorite foods.
These alternative flours are a bit more expensive but as they gain popularity the prices are dropping, try the natural or healthy or baking sections of your grocery store, or probably easier to just ask. Asian and/or Health food stores may also carry them, make some calls.
Good Luck, Hope that helps!
