I live in Germany, and earlier, it was nice enough to grill hamburgers outside. It′s now cold! Now what?!

Question: What is the best way to make hamburgers inside-in the stovetop in a pan, or in the oven?

I like to broil or bake mine. It is simple cook at 325 until desired doneness. If you don't have a slotted pan (allows the grease to drip away from the meat)you may want to keep the grease drained.

Cheers

stove top but you could always get a george forman grill or somethin like that for inside

I like to broil them, using a broiler pan so the fat will drain. Simply place under the broiler for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. If you like them more well done, cook an additional 5 minutes.

You could also broil them in your oven, just make sure you don't place them too close to the flame.

Get yourself a grill pan. It's a frying pan or a flat griddle with grill ridges in it.

Here is a video you will enjoy. Please turn on your sound:

Put on a coat and a smile and grill it anyway. I live in Colorado, I grill all year. Just put on the coat and go with it. Enjoy.

I would still try to gril them outside. I live in Minnesota and I grill all year long.

It's nice to have burgs year round but I kind of think of winter as time to make meatloaf. Meatloaf sandwiches are great too!
