Make some ham salad and add relish or chopped pickle.
Cook a medium white sauce and add sliced boiled eggs and ham, serve over egg noodles.
Fry up ham and eggs for breakfast, or make a western omelet (Ham, onion, peppers, sun dried tomatoes, etc)
Cut the ham into small bite sized cubes and add it to a homemade macaroni and cheese.
Last but not least...slice thin amounts of ham and and fry a toasted ham and cheese sandwich.

Chop up the ham into chunks. Mix with pasta, peas, and a cream sauce, top w/ cheese & breadcrumbs for a casserole.

Ham soup w/ split peas, or lentils, or black-eyed peas.

Fried ham - w/ eggs & potatoes for breakfast.

split pea soup...ham and cabbage...ham salad...fry it up for breakfast...you can freeze left over ham too

Omelettes, egg sandwiches, use some to flavor beans

ham, cheese, bellpepper omlets

Ham, mustard and mayo sandwich with lettuce....if u wanna spice things up then add medium chedder cheese and pickled jalapeno slices and grill the sandwich.

Soup - so many different kinds - add it to vegetable soup, pea soup, etc.
omlettes.

FREEZE IT FOR LATER USE

Make a casserole of ham & scalloped potatoes, or ham & mac & cheese, ham salad, or just make a ham sandwich. You know you can freeze it to use later too.

Ham is so good with so many items. Ham and au gratin or scalloped potatoes or sweet potatoes or in omelets or make soup (split pea or navy bean).

Or use some like I did this morning if you can slice it really thin...use thin sliced ham to like a muffin cup then add about a tablespoon of grated/shredded cheese (I used Kasseri today but somtimes use swiss or cheddar, etc.) then crack an egg into the ham cup...bake for about 15 minutes in 325 F oven...it was delicious!

And ham is excellent hot or cold in sandwiches with various other items or by itself.

Enjoy all your ham. Don't forget it freezes well so you could slice it and put it in the freezer in smaller packages to enjoy later.

I think it is great chopped up and browned in a skillet, then stir in BBQ sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays or Famous Dave's (both original flavor)). Then spoon mixure in a huge baked potato and cover with cheese and sour cream for a baked potato in a meal.

chop, put mayo and cheese...

Cut it into chunks and add it to mac and cheese.

omelettes, wraps, home made mac n cheese n ham, split pea soup, use in salad, sandwiches, potato soup, egg n ham scramble, quiche, pizza....

sandwich

QUICHE!
I had some leftover ham so I browned it up with 1 cup sliced mushrooms and 1/2 cup diced onions. I shred 4 oz cheese. I mixed 4 eggs with 1 1/4 cup half and half and the shredded cheese. Put the ham mixture in the bottom of a frozen pie crust then poured the egg mixure on top. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean.
Also, there't nothing better than a:
HAM SANDWICH!

Ham & egg Quiche.

Twice baked potatoes. Bake your potatoes till tender and scoop out of the skin into a bowl. Add finely diced ham, green onion, grated cheddar and salt and pepper. Add some sour cream to moisten the mixture and spoon it back into your potato shells. Sprinkle more cheese on top and pop into the oven till hot. I like to have this with broccoli.

Ham loaf, ham salad, potato ham casserole, ham sandwiches.
