Where can i get a good old -fashioned REAL country ham in Canada?!

Question: I would like to order a real dry cured country ham (preferrably without nitrites or nitrates). Is there any where that'll ship to Canada in a reasonable amount of time?

I am a former chef and it depends where you live, near a bigger metropolitan area you may find a good Polish or German deli/butcher that has a shank end one with the bone, nitrites and nitrate free, are harder to find).

Dry Cured is not hard to find, a country ham is best, and as for imported, look at palces in the us, but you going to pay a premium price, not just for the ham but the delivery, for most companys in the U.S, they will require it to sent UPS or Purolator, and that can be a $35-50 delivery charge, but I will give you some Canadian site and US ones to.
