There's a new product in grocery stores like Wal-Mart that I love! It's by "A Taste of Thai" and it's the "Red Curry" flavor. They are instant rice noodles in wonderful spicy curry coconut sauce for a meal or side dish. It was SO good! And really easy and quick! You cook it in the box it comes in. It's really spicy though. Too spicy for kids I think. I bet it would be great mixed with scallops and eaten with Naan. Mmmmmm
Good Luck! :)
2 cup all purpose flour

Put circles on hot griddle, watered side up.
Bake until half done-lightly browned, about three minutes.
Transfer to a cookie sheet.
