open to all suggestions..
Thanx in advance, i know there were a lot of Questions in there. lol.
Answers: I really love to cook, but i find myself making the same things over and over. i would really love to make something that my bf will actually get him as excited as i am about the food i make.

You can make him a calzone which is like a folded pizza- those are nice. The best meat on pizzas are bacon, meatballs, chilli con carne, roast chicken, salami, pepperoni. Its not just plain mince, its beef and pork mince, with garlic and onion powder, loads of salt and some pepper.
Garlic bread- just get a baguette, slice it in 1 inch slices but dont cut all the way through, just to the base. Then on each side put a mix of butter, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Wrap the whole thing up in foil and bake for 7 min on high with the foil on, and open it up a bit at the top and cook for another 4 to crisp the crust.
well i dont know if this is a good answer casue i didnt read everything you wrote :)
you should make pinapple and ham with cheese crust
Not sure of the spelling but I have put "kielbasa" on mine and loved the difference from the always beef, pepperoni, sausage, etc. and it will cook in the oven. As far as the little meat balls are concerned put the hamburg in a frying pan and break it up into the balls as you cook it but not thoroughly done as it will finish in the oven. I'll look up for the garlic bread but in the mean time just butter your rolls and sprinkle garlic powder on it. I have a recipe for chicken with a sour cream gravy. If you want to see a surprised look on the bf face e-mail me.
