BBQ -LIVERS
put your liver , no matter what kind, on a lightly sprayed sheet pan or any metal pan, and season with salt and pepper cook for about 15-20 min on about 375-400degrees.....pull them out and cover in bbq sauce...any kind you like and put back in the oven for about 5-10 min till the sauce is good and bubbly and take out let cool.
i like to serve french fries and salad with this meal but any potato and green make a great compliment

I just simmer it in a marinade of water, soy sauce, garlic, thai chili, and onion. Just put it in with the liver, make sure there's enough liquid to cover the liver, and cook it on med. low heat until it's done. Let it cool and slice it thin.

If it is calf or beef liver:

Cook some bacon in a saute pan. When crisp remove from pan keep warm and add sliced onions to the fat. Cook the onions until translucent remove from pan and keep warm. Dust liver slices with flour, salt and pepper. Saute liver on both sides about 4 minutes each side. Break up bacon then add it to pan with onions. Serve.

yes, take liver - and use as bait to go fishing - catch fish and then eat fish instead of liver

sorry, can't help ya, i hate liver, but chicken liver works great for catching big fish

My husband is Peruvian and i fry the liver with salt and pepper. Serve with white rice and sauteed onions and tomato's. When sauteing the onions and tomato's add a packet of sazon(it can be found in Spanish area in grocery stores)

this is a recipie from Yemen:


Fry 4 green onions, 1/2 - 1 whole jalepeno and 2 small roma tomatoes in 2 tbs. olive or vegt. oil until onions and tomatoe are soft. add 1/2 cup of tomatoe sauce and salt pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add chopped liver and fry for 5 min, stirring occasionally. reduce heat and cover and let simmer for 5 minuets. serve with bread.
