How to make a blueberry souffle?!
55 g butter or margarine, softened
65 g sugar
6 eggs
345 g sour cream
120 ml orange juice
125 g all-purpose flour
9 g baking powder
450 g small curd cottage cheese
224 g cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
10 g sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
1 (15 ounce) can blueberries
8 g cornstarch
120 ml corn syrup
3 ml lemon juice
Dash salt
1 dash ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream and orange juice. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture. Set aside. Combine filling ingredients in a small mixing bowl; beat until blended. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Top with filling and remaining batter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Meanwhile, for syrup, drain blueberries, reserving juice; set berries aside. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, corn syrup, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon and reserved blueberry juice until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add blueberries; heat through. Serve warm with the souffle

Ingredients
Batter
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup orange juice
6 eggs
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Filling
16 ounces small curd cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese
Optional
fresh blueberries(or frozen) (optional)
Blueberry Sauce
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup blueberries
Directions
1In a blender or mixer combine batter ingredients. Blend well, scraping sides occasionally.
2In a large bowl, beat together filling ingredients and set aside.
3Pour half batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Drop filling by spoonfulls over the batter. Spread evenly. If using fruit, add now. Pour remaining batter over top. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 50-65 minutes until puffed and light-golden brown. Serve with blueberry sauce.

71 cup water.
81 cup granulated sugar.
92 tablespoons cornstarch.
101 cup blueberries.
11Cook with medium heat on the stovetop until sauce thickens.

Blue Berry Coconut Cake ( Non oven) is receipe good for Digestion.
1.Blue Berry - 250 gm
2.Jaggery - 150 gm
3.Grated Coconut -2 cups
4.Gardamom -2 pcs
5.Dry fruits like Dry Grapes, Cahew Nut, Date Fruit.
6.Ghee- 100gm
Method
Heat pan add Ghee and add Blue Berry, Jaggery, Grated coconut and goin on stir it. ( Do not put water)
Now jaggery melt and become a sticky stuff.
Pour this Stuff in a plate apply with Ghee. Wait for setting.
Rost the Dry Grapes, Cahew Nut, Dates with Ghee and decorate on the top of the Blue Berry Coconut Cake.
