Baked Salmon Recipe.....?!
Answers: I need something to make my salmon have more of a flavor. I need something salt-free like Mrs. Dash, I used the lemon pepper one(Mrs. Dash) along with lemon juice and olive oil but it was still so bland. Any tips?
I find that with the strong taste of salmon, the simpler the better and although I love baking it with a pesto sauce on top, my favorite is still wrapped in foil ..you put the fillet on foil and you make a pocket like a calzone purposefully leaving a pocket of air in there but close it real tight. the Salmon is simply with a little cold pressed olive oil, pepper and a long twig of rosemary the length of the fillet on top. 20 minutes in the over at 400 degrees. the vapor from the air in the pocket cooks the salmon and makes it really really moist. and the rosemary gives it all the flavor it needs. Try it! I promise, it's simple but very smooth taste.

1. Grind some ginger in a food processor.
2. Add lemon juice, honey & olive oil; combine well. Make sure that the mixture isn't too runny.
3. Spread over fish & bake.
