What is considered the best extra virgin olive oil?!

Question: I have only used Olio Verde (2006/2007 harvest).

Answers: I have only used Olio Verde (2006/2007 harvest).

The ones made with olives only from Italy are considered the best. But I use whatever is on sale, and that usually means a mix of olives from Italy, Spain, and other countries. It doesn't make a difference for me.

any brand is good . . . just as long as it is extra virgin . . . also do not cook at high heat

I use Bertolli or Star, both equally good brands.

It should say 1OO% extra virgin olive oil. That is the best kind for your body. I heard that you should have a tablespoon a day to coat your liver ducts. Now it is beyond me what a liver duct is. :)
