What's a good in-the-grocery-store substitute for mexican beer?!

Question: Well, my grocery stores sell beer so I would say another beer. A lager would work best for a soup.

If you need a replacement for ANY beer then I would just use water or stock.

Once it has been incorporated into a recipe, it won't make any difference in the quality of the food. Don't forget, it has nothing to do with alcohol content, since the cooking heat will evaporate all of the alcohol.

Corona

rum or white wine

My grocery store sells beer too...Corona would be a good choice..but if you can't get your hands on actual beer, then leave it out of your recipe. Those cooking wines, for example, are horrible. I took a sip once and nearly gagged..it's so salty. Your recipe will turn out fine without it.

we drink CORONA (IN THE BOTTLE )WITH PUTTING A SHOT OF BARCARDI LEMON ON TOP. TURNING THE BOTTLE UPSIDE DOWN (BOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS) AND eNJOY!!!!!
