Answers: Me and my friend need a good vanilla frosting recipe!! It's for sugar cookies. We want a SOFT and CREAMY frosting please!! Nothing that will harden.

Works great on cookies too! I have used this for sandwich cookies
CREAMY VANILLA FROSTING
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
About 2 tbsp. milk
Mix powdered sugar and butter. Stir in vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth and of spreading consistency. This will frost a 13x9 inch cake or fills and frosts two 8 or 9 inch cake layers or frosts 24 cupcakes. Hint: To make holiday frosting, add favorite color of food coloring.
I always use canned.
suger, cream, strawberry powder, a little milk, mix it all together and you know you got the best of both worlds!

2 avacados, 1 squeezed lemon. Mix in mixer 5 minutes. Add vanilla extract and 3 cups powdered sugar. Mix for 5 minutes. Put in frig till chilled.

Beat 125g of softened brick cream cheese with 1/2 cup softened butter with an electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add 2 cups icing sugar and beat again. Store any leftovers in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups confectioners' sugar, sift before measuring
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, soft
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
PREPARATION:
Combine all icing ingredients in small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended. Adjust for spreading consistency if necessary, adding more milk or more confectioners' sugar. Spread icing or drizzle on warm cookies or pound cake.

1 cup comfectoners` sugar
1 egg white
3 - 4 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice
food coloring
Directions
Mix the sugar, egg white and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
It should have the consistency of heavy cream (you may need to add a bit more sugar).
Add desired food coloring.
Frost cookies
I like to decorate after with any butter cream frosting or sprinkles and edible doodads.
If you are concerned about egg safety, substitute dried egg whites.
I love this one so much it is the only frosting I will use on my cut out cookies

4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup shortening
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
food coloring (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, cream together the confectioners' sugar and shortening until smooth. Gradually mix in the milk and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and stiff, about 5 minutes. Color with food coloring if desired.
