I want to try this new dish.....?!
Answers: how can i fill my meatloaf full of cabbage? I think this would be delicious treat!
Cook the cabbage first, preferably with onions and your favorite seasonings. Then you can stuff it in your meatloaf by either rolling the meat around the stuffing center, or layering the meat it in a pan, with stuffing in the middle.
I have heard of wrapping meatloaf in cabbage but this is interesting. I imaging you would shred the cabbage and combine it with other fillings like onion and corn then hollow the loaf fill and reseal with more meatloaf. Could be really tasty. Enjoy!
I have made this. I like to add egg and a little breadcrumb to the cabbage as well so it stays together. Make sure you season you cabbage really well.
Are you mad at yourself? That sounds like some sort of punishment.
