Any easy caramel chocolate brownie recipe?!


Question: I'm not a good cook so i want something really simple, only caramel and chocolate, nothing else. And how do you make sure that the brownie stays soft and chewy?

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

1/4 c Butter or margarine
2 oz Unsweetened baking chocolate
2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Pecan halves(opt)

Instructions:
-------------------------------CARAMEL SAUCE-------------------------------
1/4 c Butter/margarine
1/3 c Brown sugar
3/4 c Semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350* Lightly grease an 8" square pan. In small saucepan,
melt 1/4 c butter or margarine and chocolate over low heat. Set aside. In
medium bowl, beat eggs until light. Beat in sugar, flour, salt and vanilla
until blended. Stir in melted chocolate mixture; pour batter into prepared
pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare Caramel Sauce. In small saucepan, mix butter or
margarine and brown sugar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Stir and
simmer 1 minute. Remove brownies from oven and sprinkle evenly with pecans.
Gently pour caramel sauce over brownies. Return pan to oven and bake 15
minutes longer, until caramel is bubbling.

Remove brownies from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. As chocolate
chips begin to melt, gently swirl with a knife. Cool completely before
cutting. Chill to harden chocolate, if necessary.



Just makesure not to overbake and they should be nice and chewysoft!

12 Creamy Caramel NESTLé SIGNATURE TREASURES
1/2 cup NESTLé? TOLL HOUSE? Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels


Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Grease or paper-line 12 muffin cups. Place nuts in medium bowl.

FLIP bar of dough onto cutting board. Cut into 12 pieces.

PRESS each piece into nuts, coating well. Place into prepared cups.

BAKE for 20 to 22 minutes or until edges are set. Remove pan to wire rack; gently press 1 Nestlé Treasure into each brownie. Cool completely; remove from pan.

MICROWAVE morsels in small, heavy-duty plastic bag on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 45 seconds; knead. Microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over brownies.

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts
12 caramels, unwrapped
1 tablespoon milk


Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350o F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

MELT 1 cup chunks and butter in a large, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in eggs. Add flour, sugar, vanilla extract and baking soda; stir well.

SPREAD batter into prepared baking pan; sprinkle with remaining chunks and nuts.

BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky.

MICROWAVE caramels and milk in a small, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10 to 20-second intervals; stir until smooth. Drizzle over warm brownies. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

Ingredients
14 ounces caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 (18.25 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Cooking Instructions
Peel caramels and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Heat and stir until all caramels are melted.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Place 1/2 of the batter in prepared baking pan.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Place the remaining batter into the fridge. Remove brownies from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Drizzle caramel sauce over chocolate chips. Remove brownie mix from refrigerator. Using a teaspoon, make small balls with the batter and smash flat. Very carefully, place on top of the Carmel sauce until the top is completely covered.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.

First off, brownies do not stay soft for long. An easy way to do this is to buy the Betty Crocker brownie mix. When it's done, pour chocolate chips and caramel sundae topping over the top and put it back in the oven until the chocolate melts. A few miniature marshmallows added is good too.
