Vegetarian curry recipe??!


Question: kk...i recetly became vegetarian, and one of my favorite foods that i liked before was chicken curry....
can i just substitute the chicken curry with like the fake chicken stuff?

or duz anyone have a good curry recipe for vegetarians?

my favorite vegetarian dish is mutter paneer. is a curry made with paneer, which is a kind of cheese available at any indian grocery store.

when cooking a curry start with your ghee, and add coarsely chopped onion. then you will add your spices (coriander, salt, garam masala, turmeric and cumin) and cook for a few moments. at this point i usually add the paneer, cut into cubes and brown it like you would tofu. now you will want to add your coconut milk, and i add a can of tomato paste. let it simmer for a while, then add your peas. it's done when it has the consistency of a gravy. serve over rice with naan, yum!

Vegitable Curry.

Vegitables

1.Carrot -1 no
2.Potato - 1no
3.Turnip -1 no
4.Cabbage 1/2 size
5.Califlower - 1/4 size
6.Onion
7.Tomato
8.Curry Leaves.

Incredient

1.Turmeric Powder -1/4 spoon
2.Coriander Powder -2 spoon
3.Garlic Paste -1 spoon
4.salt
5.cooking oil - 3 spoon

First stage

Cook the Vegitables with Little Water.

Second stage

Heat the pan and add Garlic Paste, curry Leaves, add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and add cooked Vegitables. Stir it well untill all the incredients mixed properly.
