Baking without an oven----is there a solution?!
Use it on top of your hob and you can roast chicken, jacket potatoes, make cakes, toasted sarnies.
I have one on a little boat and use it lots.
Then there is the Cobb cooker - a bit more pricey but you can take it anywhere (like a canal bank!) and do a roast dinner; it uses charcoal. I bought mine from "Nauticalia".
You can buy Slo-cookers which are good for casseroles - put it on in the morning and your meal is ready at night.
A Pressure cooker - use on the hob.
If you have electricity, check out "Lakelands" Remoska cooker - Lakeland have a web site, so do Cobb.
The Remoska is similar to the cooking in the Double Skillet, but has top heat not bottom - again, cakes, joints, and so on.
Just plug it in wherever there is a power point and it takes up very little room.
Not sure about "Double Skillet" on the web - I buy things like that at Boat Festivals (next one is at Crick over the May Bank Holiday). I can try to find the suppliers' address if you are interested. (note to YA - I am not "soliciting"!)

steaming works on some...if you could be resourceful enough(and friendly) the neighbors oven always work :)
You can put things in electric skillet, electric roaster, crock pot, snack master, little convection ovens, toaster ovens.
You didn't mention what you wanted to cook... that makes a difference in the answer to.
ya you can do cakes like chilledcheesecake that has geletine in it without putting it in an oven or you can do steaming method
You can use a cast iron dutch oven. (Large pot with lid)
Many years ago I do this in an electric casserole.
If you are talking about desserts it is almost impossible to bake without a good convection oven. It can be hard enough when you do have an oven.
Electric skillet with lid.
I have one awesome idea... The store! Or bakery? Or deli? I really don't know what you want to bake, but you can pick it up... at a price. Or, see if you can use a friends stove. :-)
You can use your gas grill as an oven. Light one side and place your pan on the unlit side.
