beat the egg add grated carrot and cooked mushrooms and make an omelet or scrambled eggs with those ingredients garnish with lettuce and pakrika . Have it with orange juice . forget the other ingredients because you can't do much with those haha. ohh and go food shopping. :)

beat the egg with some milk, pour into a hot pan. Do not stir. when its 1/2 cooked and still gooey on top, place the chopped mushroom and shredded carrot inside, and drizzle on some bbq sauce. Fold the omlette in half and eat! otherwise go shopping for some food!

an omelet made out of the eggs mushrooms and carrot.
pour in a little pakrika.
and drink the orange juice.

boil the egg then deshell it and cut it up, cut up the mushrooms and take only some of the carrots and put it in the lettuce which you shred or tear apart into bite size pieces! make a salad. orange juice for a drink and for a little garnish put sugar around the edge of the glass! boil the rest of the carrots in water, then drain the carrots and add some sugar for sweet carrots! it's really good!

you could put barbecue sauce on the salad if you want!????

or

make an omelette or scrambled eggs with the paprika, egg, slice the carrots and mushrooms-slice them!
lettuce for a garnish and drink the orange juice!

Slice the carrots and mushrooms and saute them (or steam in a small amount of water if you have no oil or fat) in a nonstick pan. Whisk the egg with a little paprika, a teaspoon or so of barbecue sauce and a teaspoon of water (and salt if you have it). Add the egg mixture to the mushrooms and carrots and cook, stirring occasionally. When cooked, open up a big leaf of lettuce and put the eggs in it. Wrap it up like an egg roll or taco.

Serve with a glass of orange juice.

Save the sugar for when you buy more groceries.

Maybe an omlett, egg, mushrooms, grated carrot? You could even wilt the lettuce and add it. Have barbecue suce on the side to add flavour. I guess if you are hungry enough that will have to do!
