Keep it in the freezer.

Fry Mince
Add Chilli
Add Salt
Add Tomato Puree
Add a few onions
Add some sauce if required. (oxo or something like that)

Fast 'n Easy Chili
Makes 6 servings


Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope LIPTON? RECIPE SECRETS? Onion Soup Mix*
1 can (15 to 19 ounces) red kidney or black beans, drained
1-1/2 cups water
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
4 teaspoons chili powder
*Also terrific with LIPTON? RECIPE SECRETS? Onion Mushroom or Beefy Onion Soup Mix.

1. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Top hot chili with shredded Cheddar cheese and serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice.

First Alarm Chili Add 5 teaspoons chili powder.

Second Alarm Chili Add 2 tablespoons chili powder.

Third Alarm Chili Add chili powder at your own risk.

Fry of the mince, onions and garlic, add chili powder to taste, and stock., bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes and add the beans.
Corn kernel, diced tomato and red capsicums wold be nice if added with the beans.
Continue cooking until everything is hot.

Chilli Mince

Ingredients :

1 lb British minced beef
1 lrg onion chopped
1 clv garlic crushed
14 oz can chopped tomatoes
14 oz can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
1/4 pt stock
2 x tablespns tomato puree
2 x tablespns malt vinegar
2 x green chillies seeded and chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1 x salt and black pepper

Method :
In a large saucepan dry fry the mince onion and garlic until browned.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Bring to the boil cover and simmer for 45 minutes until thickened Serve with rice or flour tortillas sliced avocado and sour cream.
Serves 4
