Something Aromatic
Something colorful
something hot - cayenne pepper (or curry)
savory - garlic (if that falls in this category)
aromatic - nutmeg, love that smell
colorful - cinnamon count?
But the basics are always, salt, pepper and garlic.
hot- I reach for cayenne or crushed red pepper the most. The second most used spice for me is basil.
Cajun seasoning
E. All of the above!
OK, my standbys are onion powder, basil, hot sauce/crushed pepper flakes, paprika (for color) and either soy or teriyaki sauce if something needs more salt.
I like Hot.
kosher salt, ground black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
It depends on what I'm making, but some of my favorite spices are cardamom and fresh ginger. For herbs, I love basil, rosemary, and cilantro.
Curry
Mixed Herbs.
Mixed Herbs/Curry/Onion/Garlic

Aromatic: Basil, Italian Blend seasoning, Lawry's seasoned salt
Colorful: Paprika, Chili Powder, Parsley
These are my staples, but I use lots of others!
