Answers: cinniamon is form a tree bark. nut meg is NUTS

I like Cinnamon better, I'm scared of nutmeg.

Be real careful with nutmeg, my brother says that eating too can make someone crazy.
(Not that you'll be eating that much of it, but kept out of reach of Children!)
Oh wow, I found a link that supports my brothers warnings:

Although they are both spices, they have completely different origins.

Nutmeg is not actually a nut, but the seed of the nutmeg tree, which is usually grated on a special grater to a powder before being added to food. It has a mildly narcotic effect in very large quantities.

Cinnamon is the bark from the Cinnamon or Cassia tree (depending on what variety you buy) which can be ground to a fine powder or used whole in cooking.

Both have a warm, spicy fragrance and flavour and work very well together in dishes such as Moroccan tajines, gingerbread, mulled wine, North Indian curries or English baked custards.

Cinnamon grows as bark on evergreen trees and is harvested during the rainy season, as the moisture makes it easier to handle. After being stripped, the bark is rolled into cinnamon sticks.

Nutmeg is made from the seed of an apricot-like fruit cultivated in southeast Asia and the West Indies. The aroma and taste of nutmeg exhibits hints of clove.
