We got liver and onions for dinner tonight?!

Question: Would anyone out there have it for there dinner

Answers: Would anyone out there have it for there dinner

Damn right! Liver & onions is fab especially with a decent gravy.
Don't do it the old way and broil or oven bake it for hours though.
If you cut it into thin strips & coat it with a little seasoned flour then pan fry in some oil until golden brown then this is a great way to do it and a hell of a lot quicker
Best liver is lambs but pork or Ox is okay though not quite as tasty

it's one of my favorite meals

no, thats nasty

I'm sorry.
Not everyone can afford takeout.

No thanks, I don't like liver...

I would like to taste it.

oooooh yes - I love liver, onions and bacon with mashed potatoes - yummy

If I had someone coming to dinner I really hate, maybe then yeah.

No, I might put it in an enemy's mailbox but that's about it.

never had it but life is too short not to try it once! check out some cool recipes on foodtv.com!

ok??? yeah but i don't eat it much

Definitely not, the thought of it makes me feel sick, my parents sometimes have it and it absolutely stinks!

I used to work in a restaurant and i couldn't believe how popular liver and onions are

nope, cant stand liver, or kidney! when i have pies or anything with them in i feed them to my dog. I only really eat chicken fillets though. Meat makes me feel sick most of the time :( i used to love it. Id eat the onion part of your dinner!

Yes, I would, either in a casserole or grilled. Lovely!

My grandma is from the south and she used to make it all the time. It's definitely not one of my favoritest meals, or any of us for that matter, so she always makes some fried chicken when she cooks liver so that everybody can be happy.

For "their" dinner...yes, served with bacon, gravy and mashed potato.

Sure. Liver and onions with chopped bell pepper and some chopped scallions make a great meal.

Not during Lent....But, I was fed that as a child - 'for good, healthy iron, for healthy growing bones...' The smell is absolutely unique and easy to spot....Have a healthy and happy leap year!

Yep sure would. I would fry some bacon and add it to the options, so I'd have Liver with either onions or bacon, a green salad, some petite peas in cream sauce and Lemon Crunch Serbert (Select Brand) for dessert :) yummy!

I hate it...yuck, yuck, yuck! My Mom used to make me and my sister eat it all the time because that's her favorite dinner. So ever since I moved out, I have never ate it again. That's been11 years ago, lol.

yuck.liver is horrible.i wouldnt let my dog have that for his dinner

thats a good idea. love liver and onions and was wondering what to have.

When I was a child and I thought it taste terrible. I have never fixed it even though it's suppose to be good for you.

Not to keen on the liver, onions are ok.

YES one of my favorite meals (not kidding sometimes I order it in restaurants)
If I eat it at home, I have too cook it too, my wife won't touch liver. LOL

Liver without the onions, ok

I wouldn't even be in the same house with it ... it smells horrible

Well not really because however you try and disguise liver and no matter how many different ways you cook it the base product will always have a disgusting taste. The onions I would love but count me out for the liver.

I think I will have fish and chips for my tea...I have not had them for months and months. I have some of that pickled onion flavoured vinegar to sprinkle on them. That will really get the taste buds going alright.

You can join me if I've put you off the liver....

Absolutely, Liver and Onions is a great dish.

OMG! THATS TOTALLY OMG QUESTION! *faint* forget it then
