I'm Puerto Rican and would like to know if anyone knows how to make our foods into low fat?!
Answers: Is it possible?? low fat rice and beans, chicken, fried porkchops, fried plaintains, pork, everything that we love to eat. Are there low fat N good tasting versions of our foods???
Use brown rice. Don't add butter when you make it.
Peel skin from chicken. Bake it.
Lightly bread porkchops & bake in oven on cookie sheet instead of frying.
Same for plantain.
