Need Ideas For Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings??????!

Question: Hi! I got some chicken wings to cook tonight and I fancy something like sweet and sour chicken. I don't have all the ingredients, but was hoping some of you might offer ideas. I know it won't come out exactly like sweet and sour, especially as my ingredients are limited and its chicken wings rather than boneless chicken, but anyway, here is what I have on hand.

Chicken Wings
Ketchup...and tomato puree
Pineapple juice
Orange Juice
Soy Sauce
Onions
Chicken stock
Salt and black pepper
5 Spice seasoning

Unfortunately I'm out of flour and cornflour...

Any ideas on how to bring this together so its sort of like a sweet and sour??? Would like a bit of sauce with it as I'm serving with rice, or possibly noodles.

Thank you...

Overnight Marinated Sweet and Sour Wings

2 lb Chicken wings
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Catsup

Instructions:
Cut off and discard wing tips and excess skin. Cut wings in half at joint.
Place in 8x8 inch baking dish.

Combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and catsup. Pour over wings. Marinate 3
to 4 hours, or overnight in refrigerator, stirring once or twice to coat.

Bake in oven 350* til crispy

Yields about 1/2 cup
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup white or rice vinegar (Note: rice vinegar gives better results)
4 TB brown sugar
1 TB ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 4 teaspoons water
PREPARATION:
Mix the vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce together and bring to a boil in a small pot. Mix together the cornstarch and water, add to the other ingredients and stir to thicken.

Cut each wing into two at the elbow.
Season them with a bit of salt and pepper.
Heat about 4 tbsp oil in pan.
Brown the wings with minced garlic and fresh chopped ginger (about 1/2 tbsp each).
Now add 1 tbsp cooking sherry
1 sliced onion.
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
Tomato puree.
Add vinegar and sugar to taste. (These are the two main ingredients that makes it sweet and sour)
Stir constantly for 5 minutes and serve.
Ideally you should have add 1 to 2 tsp of cornflour to thicken the sauce. (Depends on how much chicken wings and how much sauce you are making)
