Do you have a good cheese sauce recipe, I'm making pasta & need a lump free cheese recipe?!

Question: The last one I made was LUMPY..

Answers: The last one I made was LUMPY..

A good ol' Alfredo would work . . .
All you need is enough heavy cream to make as much sauce as you need.
Parmesan cheese(I like to add Jack, and Mozzarella as well), alittle garlic, butter if you want to add it, and any other seasonings that you might want to add.

First mince up the garlic (if using fresh) melt the butter then saute garlic, until translucent. Add heavy cream, and reduce on low to mid heat until reduced by atleast half and thickens. Add salt and (white) pepper to taste if desired. Next add in cheese and whisk while doing so, to avoid ' lumps', turn down heat to make sure not to burn it. Toss with pasta and enjoy

if it is like a dip try Velveeta cheese it comes in a package and u can add some rotel tomatoes and come up with a good dip or it is so good in mac n cheese u shuold def. try it

The guy above me "jvsbbffe" , his recipes really sounds delicious, I'm going to even try it myself!
